"treated like I was wasting surgeons time"

About: Victoria Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

2nd pacemaker implanted in June... but I was in so much pain...had to be redone.. surgeon came across..like I was putting them out but eventually got redone Sep..2018.. once again during operation I was in so much pain ( my gp wanted me under General anthestic) but surgeon refused .. surgeon also said something to me I don't want to say here as I'm taking a lot further ... can't even continue writing this as I'm so annoyed and I'm going to put formal complaint in.
