Just wanted you to know about - excellent service from the receptionist!!
After a stressful few days and many phones calls trying to sort out having a vaccination of pneumovax (due to Chemo treatment starting in the new year) and my own surgery having fridge failure, although I am not registered with you, I popped into Hathaway Surgery. I was delighted to be greeted by the receptionist who promptly and efficiently sorted out my situation and booked me an appointment.
Well done I really appreciate what you did for me today.
