"System doesnt work!"

Along with many other recent reviews I felt it necessary to higlight how the new appointment booking system does not work. You can now only book an on the day appointment. I asked the receptionist, what even if its not an emergency? Yes - no pre-bookable appointments. This means, not only is it impossible to get an appointment if you work, it also means that surely if you ring and get an on the day appointment - you are potentially taking someones emergency appointment?! I called to book in for a routine appointment, but was told I would just need to continously call daily until I was able to beat other people to it and finally get a slot for that day. Not only that, but I have called daily for a while now - and still each day I'm missing out! Finally, their online booking system (which I suppose it pointless now anyway) has been down for what seems like ever, so the only option is to actually call every single day if you ever want to be seen.
