What I liked

Having been referred for a chronic iron deficiency I underwent both upper and lower endoscopy examinations. As an extremely nervous patient I was very impressed by the time taken to explain and reassure me on all points of my needless concerns prior to and during the procedures. Both were performed with care and obvious skill and with little discomfort. This hospital receives a lot of unfair criticism and this is my chance to put the record straight. Great staff here at every level! Thank you 'team-hull' for everything!

What could be improved

Disabling the television in the patients' day room (Ward 7) after 11pm!! logo
