"appointments"

Mixed experiance with this practice..mostly good although you need to ring early in morning 8am to get an appointment.. I have been able to get one the same day or next day. It does take a while to get through an i did have to ring 23 times but the receptionist I spoke to was lovely very polite and professional.. applogised for the wait.. took my details and asked the nature of the appointment needed.

I have had to have an emergency appointment before and was booked straight in within 30 minites.

The doctors were very polite and attentive to my needs left with prescription and good advice.

I have seen the ANP who was also very polite and understanding. Listened to me an ended up very helpful.
