What I liked

I attended for a day case orthopaedic procedure. Parking was easy and free for short stay. Receptionist was very pleasant and ensured I knew how to get to the ward. The ward was extremely clean and staff worked well together. I was treated with respect and clear explanations were given by all. I was cared for by skilled clinicians and left with physiotherapy appointment and all relevant paperwork for ongoing care.

What could be improved

Little. I would probably have liked a vague idea what time on the day my operation would be, I don't mind waiting at all, but think it helps to have an idea.
