"Follow up surgery after removal of mole"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

This was my second experience of surgery at the Dermatology Minor Operations Unit at Forth Valley Royal Hospital for follow up surgery to  suspicious mole and the removal of a second and like my first was fortunate to receive the same excellent professional relaxed and reassuring service as the first. I wa also fortunate to have Kirsty the S/N nurse who carried out both operations and Angela the attendant nurse was equally as professional and reassuring as Maureen who was in attendance last time. I was put at ease during the procedure and given very concise information on each stage of the operation. We also had a lovely chat.

I cannot compliment and praise the staff too highly. We as a community in Forth Valley are fortunate to have such an excellent service on our doorstep.

Thank you so much for taking time to leave such lovely feedback which I have shared with our team.

I am pleased that we were able to make you feel at ease again as it can be an anxious time coming into hospital for a procedure.

I hope your wounds are healing well.

Thanks again.

Kirsty
