What could be improved

The reference to 'same sex' accomodation is disingenuous- smae sex bays are not the same as same sex wards yet everyone speaks as if they are same sex wards.

Anything else?

The doctor here says he carries out a 'MOT' on patients - that only works if they don't have serious problems- if they do waiting to do a routine MOT can mean that things are missed as they were in my case. When they realised they had missed something they panicked and didn't know what to do.
