What I liked

I attended the hospitals endoscopy unit, and was very apprehensive about the procedure. From the moment I entered the unit the staff were exceptional putting me at ease and involving me in my care. The whole procedure was carried out maintaing my dignity and privacy at all times. The staff were thoroughly professional at all times, friendly and approachable. The unit was clean and tidy.

What could be improved

I cant see how they could have improved on an excellent service.
