Welcoming smiles right from the hospital entrance.I experienced kindness from almost all the staff involved in my treatment, including the Porter and the CT scanning Room staff.
It was most satisfying to be treated by such dedicated health professionals who related to one as an individual with respect and dignity.I was in severe pains from renal stone.
What impressed me most was the time the doctors took to explain every step of investigation, results and appropriate treatment. They were patient, helpful and kind. My thanks go to four doctors in particular. They were all amazing.
The icing on the cake was my experience in the Acute Stone Clinic where one particular urology consultant. A calm, patient, humble and respectful professional. Her painstaking explanations, caring and professionalism provides healing effect.
I thank everyone for the wonderful experience.
