"Rude comment/assumptions made by staff member"

First time i went here, great service getting my implant fitted and had a full screening as i have never had one since i have been sexually active.The nurse was very nice and sociable. Second time i came here for a screening, they said that the window was too close together and that usually you would go every 4-6 months,which i RARELY go for checks anyway,so I am unaware of this. I agreed and was okay with that as there was no point but the lady went on and insisted she will do an sti check for 2 diseases. She then made assumptions from the questions she’s asked ,formed her own narrative when she doesn’t know the full story.I couldn’t be bothered to correct her as I didn’t want to be in that room with her any longer and

I had already agreed with her the first time that there was no point lol.contradicting herself?

I found a comment that she made was quite rude as she doesn't know me from Adam and i had to stop myself from laughing in her face, you cannot tell someone casual sex is not for them . I was made to feel like i should not be concerned about my sexual health. I won't be coming here again unless its to get my implant taken out!
