What I liked

Just want to say thanks for the excellent service from all at N&N A&E this a.m.(Wed 4th Jan 2012) from the staff at reception to the triage nurse, the x-ray team and the doc and their team who could reassure me that no significant damage had been done to my foot. Thus reassured, (I have suffered from variations of a reoccurring condition for over 10 years now) I have already seen a marked improvement in my condition which simply would not have happened had I still been concerned! In addition, and importantly, the estimate of the time to be seen was good - much more accurate than other A&Es I have had to visit on rare occasion - I try not to clutter A&E unless I really need to!

Anything else?

Other A&E's could learn a thing or two from the N&N A&E! What more can I say?
