"Very good and reassuring whilst sorting well..."

What I liked

All the staff at A & E + Urgent Care Unit were very professional, kind, helpful and reassuring, and information was clear and accurate with actions discussed arranged efficiently & occurred when I was told they would be.

What could be improved

Very little, & it was busy into the early hours of the night.

Anything else?

The Nursing staff, the doctors & other staff were brilliant & friendly.
