"More than words speech and language course"

About: Lanarkshire Community Services / Adult Speech and Language Therapy

(as a parent/guardian),

This summer my partner , my sister and I attended and took part in the more than words course ran my NHS Lanarkshire , at first we were sceptical as we didn’t quite know what to expect from it all.

Well we were very quickly put at ease by the lovey Anne, this lady is nothing short of a miracle worker, for us we spent a lot of time implementing the strategies she gave us,  she spoke about so frankly and helped us to engage and interact with our son in a very meaningful way , which was alien to us as there was always a barrier for us with him regarding his speech delay,

I am so pleased that you found the More Than Words course helpful for you and your family. It is great that you were able to come with your partner and sister which means you can all use the strategies with your son.
