About: One Recovery Bucks

(as a service user),

Women's group is an invaluable part of my recovery & ongoing sobriety. It is a safe place to share & be honest about what is going on in my life. The support we receive from each other & Vicky is so helpful. The worksheets, information & exercises really get us thinking about our situations & how to improve & change ourselves for the better. This is an important part of my week.

It is great to hear you have found the group working for you and also the support Vicki has given to make changes in lifestyle and recovery.
