(as a relative),

My mum was admitted to the ward unexpectedly.

The doctors, nurses and all staff were excellent in looking after her, giving reassurance and keeping her advised as they worked their way through a number of complex health issues.

Great job well done.

Many thanks for taking time to provide feedback on your mums care in Ward 16 in University Hospital Monklands.

It must have been an anxious time for your mum to be admitted unexpectedly as a patient so I’m pleased to hear that the doctors and nurses provided reassurance keeping her advised through a number of complex health issues. We also understand the worried family who need our care and attention too and I hope you felt you were supported you as well.
