I attended an appointment with a particular Consultant at the ENT clinic to understand the cause of my throat problems. I have to admit the symptoms were giving me cause for concern as my GP specified I needed a consultation as a matter of urgency. I was seen within 6 days (this included a bank holiday) which was excellent. I can only say that the Consultant exceeded my expectations, her professionalism, manner, knowledge and confidence was the best. This in turn gave me complete reassurance that her diagnosis was 100% spot on.
