From the moment I was taken to Stepping hill hospital from my doctors, by ambulance, the care and attention given to me here has been excemperley.
The Resus staff were calm and thorough in the way they treated me.
Once taken to the HDU ward the nursing staff there were so caring and made sure I was kept as comfortable as possible..especially two nurses on the night shift.
The doctors also on the HDU kept me upto date with my initial diagnoses and answered any queries I had.
After recovering well enough from HDU, I was transfered to C4 ward where the staff, whether day shift or night shift, are in my experience the hardest working where they all "muck in " together.
Their care and proffesionalism towards all patients shines through.
They have a laugh and a joke where appropriate and that is a big boost. !!
Always courtious and respectful of privacy.
My thanks also to the physio staff for their attention.
The doctors and consultants have been very thorough with their diagnosing and given me all the information about my illness.
I would like to thank the staff from C4, with my utmost gratitude for getting me back on my feet.
