"Appointments and reception stafff"

The appointment system needs to change never get through at 8am always in a long queue no appointments try ringing tomorrow same scenario. Just looked at some reviews and majority are regarding waiting time on phone and no appointments, the reply to these comments are they are looking into the system but it does take time these comments were in 2017.

I went to collect a prescription last week after ringing the surgery to see if it had been done which I was told it was low and behold it hadn't the receptionist told me I would have to come back as it hadn't been signed explained I needed it and I don't drive and I couldn't wait around when they had told me it was ready to pick up she then went over to the cabinets asked me something asked her to repeat herself as I hadn't heard her she repeated still didn't hear her she then said forget it
