"Recent Stay Station 4 Ayr Hospital"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Day Surgery University Hospital Ayr / Urology

(as the patient),

Was admitted to Station 4 Ayr Hospital via Bruce Day Surgery Unit and spent 8 days there. All the staff could not have been more helpful. Special mention to Louise in the Bruce Day Surgery Unit and Lynne C - housekeeping, and Annette both at Station 4. Open visiting was much appreciated. Only downside was that the ward was too warm.

Dear Al29

Thank you so much for the positive feedback following your stay with us. Feedback is always welcomed, whether good or not so good, and I will ensure this is shared with the whole team.

I will see what we can do about the heating in the areas.

I hope you are continuing to recover well.

Best wishes

John
