What I liked
All the staff in the endoscopy department were very caring and treated me with kindness and respect, they kept myself and my husband informed at each stage of the procedure, I was very concerned and nervous at the start but I can truthfully say if you have to have an endoscopy you will certainly be well look after at the Leicester General Hospital.
Arrived for my appointment @10.30am discharged approx 1.00pm.
What could be improved
No improvement necessary could not find fault from start to finish.
