"Can't gat an answer."

I was referred to Kincora Surgery for Dermatology. The appointment was set for a Saturday and whenI arrived the surgery had a sign on the door stating the surgery was closed on a Saturday, not a good start, This said a helpful lady outside did mention this was the first Saturday they were open and the change to the signage hadn't been made - if it wasn't for this lady I would have left and missed my appointment, the doors were still closed 5 minutes prior to my appointment

Having seen the dermatologist I was advised I would receive results 7 days later. As I type this I am now over 24 days and still had nothing. I called the surgery who told me I would have to call back the next day at around 3pm so i could talk direct to one of the dermatology team - I have just done this and the surgery is closed for half day on a Wednesday.

I have no idea why nobody has been in contact with me either over the phone or by mail with my results, either way it's really bad service. They really need to get on top of this as I am now over three weeks past my appointment and these three weeks could have been served by treatment and not being kept in the dark.
