What I liked

The staff were efficient, professional and at the same time showed real care and kindness to my dad who was in hospital for two weeks. So many little things that made such a difference. Housekeeper remembering how he took his tea, toe nails well cared for, care given with a smile and personal attention. Thank you all

I would like to thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience and of course your father's experience. You are right that it is the 'little things' that make a huge difference and the attention to detail that tells you staff are caring and compassionate. Hearing positive feedback is very valuable to us as we can share and build upon that as well as lessons from experiences that didn't go so well. Thank you again.
