Very friendly A & E reception staff, Very friendly & jovial medical staff. "Thank You"

no improvement needed in relation to my visit.

I noticed a couple of posters relating to abusive behaviour from patients towards staff.

I can't understand why people can be like this, after all, you are there to help them.
