What I liked

My mum was admitted to Byron ward on the older persons unit.She was treated very well and was aware of her treatment and condition at all times.The Nurses and Doctors on the Ward face very demanding and difficult challenges which they take on board whilst still respecting their patients.Unfortunately , due to further problems , my mum is now in the Medical Critical Care Unit.Again, I have to praise them for their dedication and care and family communication, I have been made aware of all stages of my mums care and possible causes of her illness.I feel strongly that recognition should be given to the dedication of all who work in theses units, as negativity is to easy to be shouted about.
