What I liked
I was very impressed with every part of the service I received, from the time I entered the building to the time I left at the end of the day. The staff were very professional and very organised...they all knew what was happening, which is a relief to a patient, as they don't want to feel that a mistake will be made. Highly recommended!
AND....the result of my operation is much much beter than I could ever have imagined!
WELL DONE EVERYONE!
What could be improved
Nothing at Southmead!
