"Things are looking up"

About: St Ann's Road Surgery

I've been a patient here for years and the service used to be so-so but it's hard to not notice a drastic improvement lately, I feel the practice will soon lose it's bad reputation. There has been a change in management staff, in times of delays I was kept updated by the manager who saw fit to explain and apologise for waits which is a very nice touch rather than being left until people become restless before an explanation or apology is given. It feels as if there has been an increase in staff morale as the receptionists appear more confident, competent and helpful than i have previously witnessed, a change I feel is probably down to management changed to. I only hope things stay this way in future. Keep it up!
