What I liked

I write on behalf of my 83 years old father who was admitted to Darent Valley having suffered a heart attack.

From the moment he arrived all staff were superb. Everybody from ambulance to consultant treated my Dad and ourselves as his family with the utmost dignity and care.

He was quickly moved to St. Thomas' where the staff were equally brilliant. he is now home with his health considerably improved.

This is the second time we have had dealings with Darent Valley. You are superb and we cannot thank you enough. Keep up the good work. In public service you work under a lot of pressure. Praise where praise is merited.

i would rate the whole experience very highly and know that we would not get better care attention in the private sector. Thank you.

We are great supporters of the HNS. It does a fabulous job. Long may it last!
