"Disappointed"

I do not normally complain but after so many disappointments with this surgery I felt the need to write a review. First of all i have no problem with the doctors or nurses at this surgery they are all great I have been a patient for over 6 years and I never had a problem with the care I was given . The problem with this surgery is that the receptionist that work there which seem to change monthly are not trained well enough to handle patients they arrogant and very rude . Several times I rang feeling poorly and I never ever got a simple and quick appointment or solution always disappointing. I always felt like I was begging there never seems to be any appointments even if u ring first thing in the morning they tell u to call 1 o clock , I know that they are busy and there isn’t perhaps enough doctors but then they shouldn’t accept so many new patients they should limit somehow . Every time I go there’s around 5 6 people waiting to get registered , there isn’t enough care and time for the existing patients why take on more .
