Cleanliness and organisation of the surgery is on point. Staff are friendly and helpful. The surgery has improved a lot over the years and has made patient experience very convenient through the use of technology, such as: being able to book, cancel and reschedule appointments online; request repeat medications; sign in for appointments and update personal details using the patient check-in kiosk; and in being able to check blood pressure using the BP monitoring kiosk. Most of the doctors there are great and you can feel comfortable sharing your medical problems with them.
