JS Medical practice was an excellent practice when I first joined. Government changes in primary care has meant that this small practice has had to expand across three practices leaving it currently unable to meet the needs of its patients.

My example is that I phoned NHS direct today and was told to phone my GP and ask for a call back from one of the doctors or given my symptoms seek medical care within 6 hours. I phoned JS Medical practice and was told that was not possible because the GPs were all fully booked. I asked to speak to the practice manager and was told that she was away. There are two locum doctors in the practice today and neither will see emergency cases, appalling.
