I am in total and utter disbelief at the chaos and innane planning generated when I am having to travel past our own hospital in Blackburn which is only 500 yards from my home to have a routine proceedure done 14 miles away at another hospital, What is wrong with a little forward planning for goodness sake!

Surely it does not take a rocket scientist to work out it is far far easier to have Blackburn people done at the Blackburn hospital and the Burnley people done at the Burnley hospital When is this lunacy going to end ? The powers that be have a total disregard for the havoc it causes apart from the extra burden of cost and discomfort generated by these stupid descisions! You people really ought to get your act together or is this yet another example of progress !
