What I liked

I was transferred as an emergency from my local hospital in November. The staff at the Brompton were wonderful, everything was explained to me every step of the way. The staff were all wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Although I had no appetite the food was excellent. My daughters visited every day and they too have said how the staff always took time to explain everything regarding my treatment to them.

What could be improved
