"Evergreen house surgery"

The doctors and nurses in this practice are good, some of them outstanding. It is most of the receptionists and waiting time once you've arrived for your appointment that is worrying. If you need an appointment you get one in 2 weeks regardless whether you might be an urgency. Prescription service is appaulling. Most receptionists are extremely rude and one of their doctors who used to work there several years ago wouldn't take your complaints about your health into consideration, they shouted at me :" Are you a doctor? " just because I wouldn't agree with them. I was just sharing what I had read on the problem I had with them, they just wouldn't listen. I think they have improved much more since then now but still loads more to be achieved. Overall I would conclude that this practice is just good, covers the basics, not good enough though and I am sure they could do great because the dictors they have now are really good.
