"Thank you for all the good care"

Dear Staff of Audley ward, My husband and I would like to thank you all for the good care you took of our son whilst he was with you.  we know at times he was not the easiest patient but you persevered with him and we are grateful.

we would also like to thank the reception staff who at times quickly answered telephone calls and when visiting the hospital were always ready to be helpful and reassuring.

your job is a difficult one, we were grateful to see how dedicated the staff were - of all ranks - and how many there were of you to help the patients.

We wish you well in the future and thank you again.
