What I liked
there were one or two staff memebers who tried hard to get things done but seemed overwhelmed by the lack of any sign of joined up care or overall management of the case
What could be improved
any form of communication, anyone answering any telephone calls, any sign that someone cared for the paitients, asistance for a patient clearly hard of hearing trying to understand what was being said, any sign that one person knew what was going on.
