"Exceptional communication"

A day of yet another invasive urology test/procedure, My husband felt very apprehensive. But what made all the difference was the way the surgeon approached this. He showed such kindness, empathy and warmth that it made the process much easier, but what was exceptional was how he explained everything so clearly, taking time to answer all our questions and help us understand all the options.   This gave my husband great confidence and was tremendously reassuring.   Other staff were equally helpful and considerate and made the experience much more bearable. Thank you.
