My teenage son, needed a few stitches removing from his little toes while we were on holiday in St. Andrews.
Michelle dealt with my sullen teenager brilliantly. She was kind and gentle, but also very funny!
She made humour out of the whole procedure, and made my son smile and relax.
She is an amazing example of a nurse, in so many ways and im grateful to her for the brilliant care she gave my son that day!
