Administration is generally poor, when registering as a new patient it should have been a smooth process. But I was up and down to the Surgery several times. The Staff were very apologetic but that is not really a compensation. I would rather see an improvement in the whole process.

The Pharmacy really needs to improve. It always seems very chaotic, always ready with excuses as to why prescriptions are short or on some occasions not there at all.

Always when I am collecting my Prescriptions there are regular complaints (including from myself) but I don’t see an improvement. It is still as disorganised as when I first joined. And to give an excuse that we have changed supplier so yes your Prescription is short, is not really something that should impact the Patient. This should in fact be invisible to the Patient. And if someone has ordered online then why not contact that person to say there will be an issue, rather than wait until collection?

I would like to see the actual improvements that the Practice Manager has in place to address these issues. As they are not one off issues but regular occurrences.

The Surgery is clean, presentable but unfortunately the chaotic environment let’s it down.
