What I liked
Treated very quickly after seeing my GP - very courteous staff, well looked after.
Eventual day surgery in Elmstead Unit - I was very impressed with all the service and care - could not fault it! Many thanks to all concerned.
What could be improved
The consultant saw me 1 3/4 hours after my scheduled apppointment time - he was very apologetic but it's hard to understand why the delay was so long.
