Tracy is a fantastic key worker. She gave me and my family all the support we needed. Even when I couldn't keep up with all the strategies due to mental health, Tracy never made me feel like I was failing, she gave me advice about not beating myself up about it and to just keep trying when I can. My son looked forward to seeing Tracy every week he even waited by the door to greet her. Tracy has a great outlook on life and she is a very positive and kind person. I couldn't imagine anyone else helping me as much as Tracy has

I am pleased to hear your positive experience of our Speech and Language therapy service. It is good to hear that Tracey helped both you and your son and I hope that the strategies you have learnt continue to help your son
