The health centre is well positioned near the centre of town, with good parking available. The reception area is large with a screen to show your appointment is ready. Telephoning for an appointment is straightforward, with maybe just a few minutes wait.
The online booking system is excellent for routine appointments, repeat prescriptions etc. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful, and the medical staff are professiona and interested in you. You have the choice of male or female doctors and nurses, which is excellent. There is a good variety of appointment times too. An excellent health centre.
