"Caring and reassuring meeting in dermatology"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

Meeting was called by Dr Craig to advise me following an earlier appointment when I had received treatment for skin cancer in my central and frontal scalp in  the form of curettage and cautery of central scalp and removal of lesion from frontal scalp.

I found that Dr Craig was very professional reassuring and very competent. She explained the findings of the  cell analysis and what treatment she would recommend henceforward. My wife was present. I was naturally anxious and was invited to ask questions which both my wife and I did. The answers were clear and unambiguous. I found Dr Craig to be  frank and honest  and clear about what needed to happen and she explained the risks and future prognosis.

I felt myself in very competent hands and am very grateful to Dr Craig and her staff for their caring and reassuring treatment.
