What could be improved

THe whole of Lings bar needs to be looked at - these elderly patients are not treated with the respect and care that they deserve - please, please can spmeome with any know how of how to run an hospital please go & look & inspect carefully what goes on here.The few reseources that they do have are not been utilised fully and the patients are not treated or cared for as they should be- they hve no dignity at all.The way this hopspital works desperately needs to be looked at before some lives are lost

The whole aim of this hospital is to get them out as soon as they can regarless of whether they are ready or not - if only they spent more constructive valuable & caring time with the patients they would get somewhere - would take longer but they would move on in a better way & would not be back as quickly - please someone take stock at the plight here and improve what could be a good & caring hospital - these are old people that need time & care - is that too much to ask? don't we ll deserve this?
