What I liked
The staff are excellent and the equipment first class.
What could be improved
The hospital is badly signposted off the main road, with no indication of where parking is. The signs on each entrance are also small and don't help, they should be on the pavement so they can be read from the road without having to stop outside every entrance to read where it goes.
The parking is a total nightmare, they should advise on all letters to arrive at least an hour early, because it will take you that long to find a parking space, not telling people this only means people are late and messes up the appointment system.
I drove round every floor of the multi story carpark at least 20 times to find a space. Before anyone thinks I should have taken public transport, I live 75 miles away and was there for a specialist test. Also they use pay and display, when pay on exit is much better for medical environments when you don't know how long you will be there.
I cannot recommend this hospital for this reason alone, a shame, as everything else was good.
