I spent 2 days on Hethel Ward. I just wanted to say how marvellous all the drs, nurses,cleaners and catering staff were. I suffer from severe anxiety but I can honestly say that every member of staff were so patient and understanding with me that my anxiety was not even an issue for me during my stay. This ward is a shining example of how a busy ward should be run. All the staff really went out of there way to make patients feel comfortable and listened to.
Well done NNUH and all of the Respiratory Team you are my heroes .
