(as the patient),

I was treated on the Ansty ward at the Princess Royal Hospital yesterday and I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever encountered in any NHS hospital.

I was seen by the consultant anaesthetist and the consultant surgeon within minutes of arrival, which is unheard of in many hospitals. The nursing staff were terrific, with a caring attitude of outstanding quality.
