When an appointment is needed the surgery tries it’s best to accommodate and if booking ahead on line for a non emergency there is generally good availability.
Staff are polite and friendly though a smile from a receptionist wouldn’t go amiss: the reception staff in the Bosham branch areca great exampl, are superb and know you without having to say your name.
The care given is good and whilst you may not be able to see the doctor that you are registered with, there is always a respectful interaction with a medic.
The surgery is in a historic house in the centre of Chichester, meaning that some appointments take place upstairs, but if you cannot manage the stairs the doctor will come down.
Parking is an issue since the surgery has no car park due to its location - this is the only real negative, but to avoid this we try to book our appointments at the Bosham branch.
When my father in law came to live with us the surgery was helpful, kind and compassionate and when he died in St Wilfird’s the surgery rang and wrote a letter to express their condolences.
"Friendly, helpful and available"
