Went to use the FEMALE toilet opposite

Out Patients booking in desk....the smell upon entering these toilets was enough to make you heave...overall the toilets were clean as were the floors and sinks ..there appeared to be no air freshening system working...I was going to use these toilets ....but the smell just made it not possible...Kettering is a lovely Hospital with excellent staff always willing to help but today it was sadly let down by its toilet facilities...

Good afternoon,

Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments on your experience with using the facilities at Kettering General Hospital and for bringing this to our attention.

I will look into the possibility of obtaining air fresheners for the Main Outpaitent ladies toilet, one has recently been trialled in the ladies toilet on the Lower Ground Floor which was met with a mixed reaction due to the strength of the smell which has to last for a period of time. We are aiming to action this in the most efficient way possible.
