"Rubbish service"

Terrible. Tell u to use pod to order your medication. Use pod. Then the day I was meant to pick it up . Oooo no the doctor has declined it.

So now you have to wait until Monday. Today is Friday. And u call your self a doctors sergery. Plus if the doctor declined medication it’s manners to let the person know????

Thank you for your comments, negative experiences highlight areas we need to make improvements. We understand your frustrations with the system surrounding the ordering of your medication. We do ask all patients that are on Repeat Prescribing to contact the POD therefore freeing up our telephone lines for more urgent calls. The POD should of informed you of your medication review being due as they do have the facility to view this. I also agree that on your initial call to the surgery the member of staff could of checked to see if you were due a medication review and advised appropriately. The team have been reminded on this matter to check for reviews if receiving a call. WE hope this will alleviate this happening in future.
